Looking for some Halloween fun themed around your favourite franchise? How about some fandom shopping? Or maybe just taking your picture with some Final Fantasy creatures! Join the local community for a day of fun with our full-on, home-grown event!At a new venue with almost double the space, All Saints' Wake will feature new surprises and returning favourites including photo-ops, interactive games, a cosplay showcase, keynote live stream and an artist alley brought to you by extraordinary local talent!All Final Fantasy fans are welcome! Many beloved characters, titles, music and merch from the series will be included throughout the day.Whether you're a hardcore XIV player who NEEDS the final Evercold trailer on a big screen, or just a fan of the franchise wanting to dress up, get silly and geek out for Halloween - come join us for a day of community, shopping, creativity and fun!

FanFest @ Home will take place October 30th, 2026 from 11AM to midnight in the Trillium Ballroom at the Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport Hotel!Event rate rooms for Thursday and Friday start at $169/night. Rooms include discounted $20 Breakfast Buffet offer. Parking is $10/night. Rooms are available at this price until October 1, 2026, after which rooms will be at current hotel rates.Please check back soon for our room link!Hotel Amenities

Is this event just for Final Fantasy XIV?No! All Final Fantasy fans are welcome. You'll find wonderful, unique merch from artists, generic Final Fantasy creatures and photo-ops, and games with content that can be enjoyed by everyone! While our cosplay showcase will be for any and all Final Fantasy costumes, you can even attend in your generic Halloween costume if you'd like!What does the ticket include?
While the FanFest Finale is in the evening and Square Enix has encouraged watch-parties and meet-ups, we're curating this event to be much more than that and something truly special and memorable!We will only be streaming the final keynote to watch as a group while the rest of the day is community built! We're putting plenty of work into bringing in a lot of our own creative aspects to the day from an artist alley to games and exhibits, which is what provides the bulk of our event.Your ticket includes access to all events, exhibits, artist alley and raffles! The only DLC is an optional souvenir or any drinks you wish to purchase at the bar. All income goes directly toward covering the event space and rental fees.Who's in charge here?!
FanFest@Home is brought to you by a few, enthusiastic convention staff members who let their FFXIV hype carry them away to running a new, small-form event with a community focused goal! We have years of experience running a large-scale event...and themed parties at home! And now everyone is invited!Is this event child friendly?
While we welcome fans of all ages, please bear in mind there will be a cash bar operating throughout the event hours as well as player-input games on our stage screen. We cannot be responsible for lewd scribbles or prompts that may sneak in despite our best efforts to request otherwise.Are there child tickets available?
Children 6 under are free with an adult who has purchased a pass.Is the space accessible?
The Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport Hotel is equipped with ramps and elevators and we will have reserved seating for those who may require it. The event space is on the main floor.__________________Harassment PoliciesCosplay is not consent. Don't touch anyone in or out of costume without verbal consent. FanFest @ Home supports an inclusive environment for attendees and staff. Discrimination or harassment of any kind is not tolerated and any attendee found committing said acts will have their pass revoked, followed by possible legal prosecution.Costume and Cosplay PoliciesRevealing outfits of a near-nude nature will be accepted at the discretion of the con staff. Please be considerate and respectful of other attendees, hotel guests and staff. Public indecency is against the law. Attendees may be asked to remove disturbing or offensive costume elements or props.Weapons PoliciesFanFest @ Home requires attendees to observe all Ontario laws regarding replica firearms and weaponry. To ensure safety, ALL cosplay props resembling firearms MUST have a distinct marker that visibly identifies it as a prop (such as an orange tip, or a proportion larger than real weapons).Any individual carrying props that appear dangerous, or could potentially be viewed as a threat by attendees, staff, or the general public, may be asked to store their prop in their hotel room or car.Pass PoliciesYour pass must be on your person at all times within FanFest @ Home’s event zone. If you are found without a pass and are unable to produce one, we’ll have to ask you to leave. Lost passes will not be replaced under any circumstances, but replacements can be purchased at full price.Due to the event's size and nature, tickets are non-refundable after purchase.General PoliciesIf you, as an attendee, feel unsafe at anytime, please speak with FanFest @ Home staff or security.We ask that you do not bring any pets to the Trillium Ballroom, but service animals are welcome everywhere, in accordance with Ontario law.Ontario law forbids the consumption of alcohol in public areas. However, alcohol purchased at the event bar may be consumed within the Trillium Ballroom and adjoined foyer. Likewise, alcohol purchased at the hotel’s bar must be consumed within the designated area, and there is the opportunity for consumption in the privacy of one's hotel room.Any bags, backpacks, or containers may, at any time, be subject to search by security personnel, if deemed necessary.FanFest @ Home does not support any activities that go against Ontario Provincial law, or Canadian Federal law. FanFest @ Home reserves the right to revoke the passes of any offenders of these policies.
